At Catholic Music.us, we ship only brand new, shrink-wrapped CDs. Thus, all sales are final.

If, in the unlikely event, you receive a damaged CD, call us immediately (toll-free 1-866-IONA-711) for a return authorization.

Damaged goods will be replaced if they are returned within 10 days of original shipment and accompanied by a return authorization number and a copy of the sales receipt.

Returned goods should be repacked with the original bubble-wrap and sent via the US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. No need to insure returns. If we determine after testing that your goods are defective, we will reimburse the cost of your return shipping.
